Bennett Family Fundraiser Next Level

Hi, my name is Brook, and I am raising money to help my friends, the Bennett family! One year after our friends lost their father George, their mom Shawn was hospitalized for a large non-healing leg wound. Shawn ultimately required an amputation. She has a long and hard road ahead. If she can regain some strength, she may get to rehab and home. For now, she is at a long-term acute care hospital getting treatments and dialysis. They have no idea I am doing this (again), and some of them may not be thrilled, but I feel deeply that this is our time to step up and help our friends! The kids are all working and have had to miss work to be with Shawn at the hospital. I would like us to show them some support and help out with any outside or unexpected expenses! We are not certain where Shawn's road will go, but the kids are fighting right along side of her and encouraging her to try to get stronger. George and Shaun were an amazing example for their children about how families step up and support each other. They have also been wonderful support for many of us who are friends with their kids and have also struggled over the years. I like to say "The Bennetts have always had my back!" I know many of you feel the same way! Let's show them how much they mean to us! Any funds raised will go directly to the Bennett children to use as needed.
