Do Right for Life (Challenge Day +)

Addiction is one of the most powerful forces known to mankind. It's a disease that seems impossible to control. Addiction takes many forms, and right now our community is facing an epidemic of heroin/opioid addiction.

Addiction is hard to see and difficult to pinpoint. It's something that can just sneak up on us, on friends, on family, on loved ones. In order for us to combat this outbreak, we must do everything we can to see. A community-wide workshop run by the people at Challenge Day is a giant step towards moving beyond addiction.

The workshop, titled Being the Change, guides you down a three step path: (1) notice, (2) choose and (3) act... the exact path we must take to make our community safer, healthier and more fulfilling for all members.

Funds will be needed to cover the enlistment, travel and hospitality of the workshop leaders, and food, shirts and amenities for the participants.
