Coy Clayburn Medical Fund

Coy Clayburn was involved in a head on Motorcycle accident on September 19th, 2014 in Roosevelt, Utah.  He has broken his tibia, fibula, shattered femur, tore his right foot off pulling all the tendons and ligaments off the bone. Broken pelvis, and Sternum. Collapsed lung, and bruised heart, Lacerated liver, leaking kidney, Pulmonary embolism in his lungs , Broken right arm, heavy bleeding in his abdomen and swelling of his brain.  Coy is in really bad shape and has a long road of recovery ahead of him.
