Our mission is to work in collaboration with organizations and facilities across the Greater Toronto region that are tirelessly working hard to provide basic life essentials, such as health care and food, to marginalized populations that are at a higher risk for contracting COVID-19. With 800,000 Canadians laid-off in the foodservice industry, 30% of those that will not be able to survive the aftermath effects of COVID-19, we are working directly with local chefs and owners of small businesses to help support them overcome the financial impact of COVID-19 on our community. All donations raised will be used to pay the chefs for providing hot meals to the various organizations and facilities across the GTA that are working directly on the front-lines as well as patients and the people that they work with, who are most vulnerable, during this time.
