Our family is currently facing one of the toughest battles of our lives. My brother, Lucius, has been diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS)-a rare and serious blood cancer caused by blood cells that are poorly formed or don't function properly. MDS has taken a toll on his body, but not his spirit.

In the midst of this fight, we've been blessed with a glimmer of hope-my other brother, Patrick, is a perfect stem cell donor match for Lucius. Patrick has courageously stepped up to give Lucius the gift of life, but this journey is far from easy. Between extensive testing, hospital visits, treatment plans, and recovery, the financial burden on our family has become overwhelming.

We are reaching out for support to help cover medical expenses, travel costs, time away from work, and the many unexpected costs that come with fighting a rare disease and undergoing a stem cell transplant.
