ITALIANO** Ciao! Il mio nome è Alessandra, ho usato diverse volte questa piattaforma per aiutare diverse persone, penso sempre che con una piccola quota, ma fatta col cuore da tanti si possono aiutare moltissime persone, che in altro modo non potremo aiutare.

Ora sono qui a chiedervi un aiuto per mio marito Corrado. Lui ha una grande storia alle spalle, vorrei potergli dare tanto, ma da anni abbiamo tanti problemi (per altre vicissitudini di lavoro), dopo la pandemia poi, la situazione è peggiorata.

28 anni fa ha avuto un bruttissimo incidente in moto, è vivo per miracolo, nel vero senso della parola! Il guard-rail gli aveva tranciato la gamba, che rimase attaccata solo grazie all'arteria femorale. In ospedale non gli diedero speranze, era più morto che vivo, gli impartirono 3 volte l'estrema unzione. Essendo giovane, l'equipe medica aveva pensato di tentare di tutto, pur di non amputare la gamba. In otto mesi e mezzo gli fecero 20 interventi, e la sua gamba è tutta bullonata. Gli hanno tolto tutto il muscolo quadricipite femorale, sistemato il piede in artrodesi (era in linea con la gamba, non a 'martello'), ricostruito l'apparato circolatorio, avendo molti capillari e vene danneggiate, infatti usa sempre 24 su 24 una calza elastica.

Gli hanno fatto un innesto cutaneo che non aveva attecchito, per cui ne fecero un secondo, che andò bene. Non ha nulla ora di gamba normale, ma almeno cammina, seppur claudicante, ed è comunque la sua gamba. Per mesi non aveva la sensibilità nelle gambe, pensavano finisse in sedia a rotelle. Ha dovuto fare anche la camera iperbarica, e per un malore durante la seduta, aveva rischiato di nuovo la vita. Purtroppo poi il piede "malato" è rimasto insensibile, non prova nessun dolore. Proprio a causa di questo, ormai 8 mesi fa abbiamo scoperto una sorta di ulcera sotto il piede, che ha creato un'infezione. Ci siamo accorti perché usciva tanto pus maleodorante. Abbiamo iniziato un calvario tra dermatologi e podologa, creme e cremine, antibiotici, cortisone, cicatrizzanti, medicazioni quotidiane mattina e sera, un dispendio enorme di denaro.

La podologa poi ha detto che lei non poteva andare oltre, che ci sarebbe voluto un esperto di vulnologia per andare più a fondo.

Ho trovato su internet un medico del S.Raffaele di Milano che finalmente lo ha visitato a pagamento qui in Sardegna. Insomma, il problema è più serio di quanto pensavamo. Purtroppo è dovuta alla cattiva postura (il piede è tutto storto), che non va in scarico. Va fatto un intervento chirurgico a brevissimo (è previsto per il 26 giugno) per pulire tutta la parte lesionata e ricostruita con bioinduttore di pelle di pesce.

Il costo del tutto é di 3.830, 00 ma noi siamo nell'impossibilità ora di pagarlo. Io non ho più il mio lavoro part-time, e Corrado ha uno stipendio da part-time. Inoltre, dovrà farsi fare delle scarpe apposite e plantari su misura, per via del piede difforme. Io devo riorganizzarmi tutta la vita lavorativa e non possiamo assumerci questa spesa, anche se non è grandissima, ecco perchè chiediamo il Vostro gentile sostegno.

Lui ha una grande forza d'animo, non si è mai arreso, non si da' mai per vinto, anche se ha problemi di deambulazione prende tutto come una sfida, nonostante tutto è sempre di buonumore e ottimista, ma stavolta è un pó demoralizzato, in quanto sono le conseguenze, come altre, della sua disabilità.

They got him two skin grafts, the first one didn't take, so they did a second one, which went well. Now he has nothing of a normal leg, but at least he walks, albeit with a limp, and it is his leg anyway. For months he had no sensation in his legs, they thought he would end up in a wheelchair. He also had to do the hyperbaric chamber, and due to an illness during the session, he risked his life again. Unfortunately then the "sick" foot remained numb, it doesn't feel any pain. Precisely because of this, 8 months ago we discovered a sort of ulcer under the foot, which created an infection. We noticed why so much foul-smelling pus came out.

We started an ordeal between dermatologists and podiatrist, creams and creams, antibiotics, cortisone, scars, daily medications morning and evening, an enormous expenditure of money.

The podiatrist then said that she could not go further, that it would take a vulnology expert to go deeper.

I found on the internet a doctor from San Raffaele in Milan who finally visited him, for a fee, here in Sardinia. In short, the problem is more serious than we thought. Unfortunately it's due to bad posture (the foot is all crooked), which doesn't go into the drain. A very short surgery should be done (it is scheduled for June 26th) to clean the entire injured part and reconstruct it with fish skin bioinducer.

Maintenant, je suis ici pour vous demander de l'aide pour mon mari Corrado. Il a une belle histoire derrière lui, j'aimerais pouvoir lui donner autant, mais nous avons eu tellement de problèmes pendant des années (en raison d'autres vicissitudes du travail), puis après la pandémie, la situation s'est aggravée.

A l'hôpital on ne lui a donné aucun espoir, il était plus mort que vif, on lui a donné 3 fois l'extrême-onction. Étant jeune, l'équipe médicale avait pensé à tout essayer, plutôt que d'amputer la jambe. En huit mois et demi, il a subi 20 interventions chirurgicales et sa jambe est complètement verrouillée. Ils ont enlevé tout le muscle quadriceps fémoral, placé le pied en arthrodèse (c'était dans l'alignement de la jambe, pas de 'marteau'), reconstruit le système circulatoire, ayant de nombreux capillaires et veines endommagés, en fait il porte toujours une chaussette 24h/24 et 7j/7 élastique.

Ils ont fait une greffe de peau qui n'a pas fonctionné, alors ils en ont fait une deuxième, qui a bien fonctionné. Maintenant, il n'a plus rien d'une jambe normale, mais au moins il marche, bien qu'en boitant, et c'est sa jambe de toute façon. Pendant des mois, il n'a eu aucune sensation dans ses jambes, ils pensaient qu'il finirait dans un fauteuil roulant. Il a également dû faire le caisson hyperbare, et à cause d'une maladie pendant la séance, il a de nouveau risqué sa vie. Malheureusement alors le pied "malade" est resté engourdi, il ne ressent aucune douleur. C'est précisément à cause de cela qu'il y a 8 mois, nous avons découvert une sorte d'ulcère sous le pied, qui a créé une infection. Nous avons remarqué pourquoi tant de pus nauséabond sortait.

On a commencé un calvaire entre dermatologues et podologue, crèmes et crèmes, antibiotiques, cortisone, cicatrices, médicaments quotidiens matin et soir, une énorme dépense d'argent.

La podologue a alors dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas aller plus loin, qu'il faudrait un expert en vulnologie pour aller plus loin.

Une intervention chirurgicale très courte doit être pratiquée (elle est prévue le 26 juin) pour nettoyer toute la partie lésée et reconstruite avec du bioinducteur de peau de poisson.

Le coût de l'ensemble est de 3 830,00 mais nous sommes actuellement dans l'incapacité de le payer. Je n'ai plus mon emploi à temps partiel et Corrado a un salaire à temps partiel. De plus, il devra faire fabriquer des chaussures spéciales et des semelles intérieures sur mesure, en raison du pied déformé. Je dois réorganiser toute ma vie professionnelle et nous ne pouvons pas assumer cette dépense, même si elle n'est pas énorme, c'est pourquoi nous sollicitons votre aimable soutien.

Il a un grand courage, il n'a jamais abandonné, il n'abandonne jamais, même s'il a des problèmes de marche il prend tout comme un défi, malgré tout il est toujours de bonne humeur et optimiste, mais cette fois il est un peu démoralisé, comme ils sont les conséquences, comme d'autres, de son handicap.
