OLANCHITOS SOLIDARIOS , tenemos la bendición de llamar Olanchito, Honduras la tierra que nos vio nacer. Somos un grupo de son Olanchitos viviendo en Olanchito y en el mundo, somos Comejamos de corazón!
Olanchito una ciudad en este país centroamericano del tercer mundo se ha visto profundamente afectado por el nuevo virus COVID-19. Ya que no cuenta con un sistema de atención médica ni hospital totalmente capacitado para atender a todos los afectados actualmente por el virus. El pequeño hospital con el que cuenta Olanchito, en el Departamento de Yoro esta totalmente saturado, ya que muchas de las personas infectadas vienen de áreas rurales sin acceso a atención médica. La situación medica es extremadamente desesperante ya que los casos siguen aumentando y el Hospital Anibal Murillo Escobar no tiene capacidad para atender el alto numero que casos de COVID-19, los que aumentan día tras día. Agregando a esto la escasez de suministros básicos en el hospital como máscaras N95, caretas de protección, batas quirúrgicas, oxímetros , batas quirúrgicos nivel 3, desinfectante para manos alcohol gel, alcohol, catéteres, mantas, camas, sábanas, algodón, suministros para desinfectar, etc. Estas son algunos de los pocos materiales esenciales faltantes en los hospital. Los medicos y enfermeras están tratando a pacientes infectados con COVID-19 sin el equipo adecuado exponiendo sus propias vidas y las de sus familias. A medida que aumenta el número de pacientes con COVID-19, Olanchito está perdiendo a estos valientes hombres y mujeres que se están infectando y / o falleciendo. El propósito de este proyecto es atender la necesidad de tener una sala para pacientes con COVID-19, en la cual podrán recibir una atención medica y adecuada y la oportunidad de ganarle la batalla al virus.
Olanchito se encuentra actualmente en una situación muy desgarradora donde se pierden muchas vidas. Estamos pidiendo su contribución para completar esta nueva sala al igual que equipar el hospital con medidas esenciales que estos trabajadores de la medicina puedan proveer la oportunidad de ser atendidos y todos los hondureños esperanza y que sepan que están en nuestros corazones y nuestras oraciones y que juntos ayudaremos a salvar vidas .

Olanchito, a city in this third world Central American country, has been deeply affected by the new virus COVID-19. Since it does not have a fully trained hospital or medical care system to care for all those currently affected by the virus. The small hospital that Olanchito has in the Department of Yoro is totally saturated, since many of the infected people come from rural areas without access to medical care. The medical situation is extremely desperate as the cases continue to increase and the Anibal Murillo Escobar Hospital does not have the capacity to attend to the high number of cases of COVID-19, which increase day by day. Adding to this the shortage of basic hospital supplies such as N95 masks, face shields, surgical gowns, oximeters, level 3 surgical gowns, hand sanitizer, alcohol gel, alcohol, catheters, blankets, beds, sheets, cotton, disinfecting supplies , etc. These are some of the few essential materials missing from hospitals. Doctors and nurses are treating COVID-19 infected patients without the proper equipment exposing their own lives and those of their families. As the number of COVID-19 patients increases, Olanchito is losing these brave men and women who are becoming infected and / or dying. The purpose of this project is to meet the need to have a room for patients with COVID-19, where they can receive adequate medical attention and the opportunity to win the battle against the virus.
Olanchito is currently in a very heartbreaking situation where many lives are lost. We are asking for your contribution to complete this new room as well as equipping the hospital with essential measures that these medicine workers can provide the opportunity to be cared for and all Hondurans hope and that they know that they are in our hearts and our prayers and that together we will help save lives and makes this world a better place.
