O PRECÁRIAS II: Festival de Performance é um projeto de criação intercultural e comunitário, focado em determinados corpos-identidades - nomeadamente, pessoas trans, queer, não-bináries, mulheridades e pessoas racializadas - que se dedica à criação de narrativas alternativas que potencializam a performance contemporânea, com modus operandi na alçada da precariedade destas histórias em transformação.

O intuito não é a reflexão sobre as mazelas e, sim, potencializar e suportar, tanto politicamente como financeiramente, estas corpas dentro da cena da arte performativa em Portugal e no Mundo.

O PII:FP surge na força da resistência, mesmo em contextos tão adversos, e acontece, também, como celebração coletiva.

Abrimos este financiamento coletivo com o objetivo de dar um upgradezinho na forma como vamos receber es nosses artistas. Nesta edição, entre grupos e artistas individuais, recebemos 28 pessoas - e contamos com o vosso apoio para dar um boom de camarim a cada ume delus e conseguir dar-lhes o warmly welcome mais gostosinho do que o nosso actual orçamento comporta.

Para além disso, o PRECÁRIAS vai lançar uma revista na primeira semana de Junho, num evento chique cujos detalhes serão revelados em breve, mas já prevemos de antemão ter de tirar uma licença caríssima. Esse dinheiro servirá também para isso.

PRECÁRIAS II: Festival de Performance is a project of intercultural and community creation, focused on specific body-identities - namely, trans, queer, non-binary, women and racialized individuals - dedicated to creating alternative narratives that enhance contemporary performance, with a modus operandi within the scope of the precariousness of these evolving stories.

The intention is not to dwell on the hardships, but rather to empower and support, both politically and financially, these bodies within the scene of performative art in Portugal and worldwide. PII:FP arises from the strength of resistance, even in such adverse contexts, and also serves as a collective celebration.

We are launching this crowdfunding campaign with the aim of giving a little upgrade to how we will welcome our artists. In this edition, among groups and individual artists, we hare receiving 28 people - and we count on your support to give each of them a backstage boost and provide them with a warmer welcome than our current budget allows.

Additionally, PRECÁRIAS will launch a magazine in the first week of June, at a fancy event whose details will be revealed soon, but we already foresee having to obtain a very expensive license. This money will also serve for that purpose.
