CommUNITY204 Inc. is a volunteer based non profit and majority of our core members are currently or once were in the child welfare system. Youths are integrated with our team leads and other volunteers encouraging community cohesion to help our marginalized communities in multiple areas - basic needs (food, water, clothes, safety), support and peacekeeping in human rights movements, residency relocation (including providing furniture donations), as well as providing accessible indigenous cultural practices and collaborations.

As stated, one of our programs (Mindful Movers) offer residency relocation where we offer pay what you can moving services to vulnerable people, people without support, the elderly, those who are overcoming domestic violence situations, newly independent people and single parent house holds. Majority of our movers are our CFS youth paired up with a team leader - our team lead does not take any share of the payment but rather equally disperses it amongst the youth. This program allows us to teach these young individuals life and employment skills as well as provide us the opportunity to teach them about money management.

We currently only have one volunteer truck for these move jobs so to make this program more efficient, we are hoping to raise enough funds to purchase a trailer.
