Lone Star BBQ, one of McAllen’s long-time family-owned restaurants, sustained extensive damage in a fire Friday night. At this time, it is uncertain how long it will take to reopen.

There are 9 long-time, dedicated employees whose families depend on their income from Lone Star BBQ. Besides their regular bills, this is the holiday season. We are hoping you can find it in your hearts to donate to this fund established to help these 9 employees through this difficult, unexpected time. Any amount will help. Let’s come together as a community and show them our support. Thank you in advance and Happy Holidays.
