My name is Aaron Righellis, also known as 2AR, and I am looking to do what I can to give back to the Colorado DJ community by this fundraising page.
As many of you know, and some might not, working DJs rarely have employment status at venues they play, thus not being able collect unemployment like many other service industry professionals who have fallen to the same misfortune.
I know time are tough, so any amount of money that anyone is able to donate is much appreciated!
The way this will work is simple:
1) I will not be keeping any of the funds raised. 100% of the money, after GoFundMe’s transaction fees, will go towards DJs in Colorado who want assistance.
2) The funds raised will be evenly distributed amongst all the DJs living in Colorado that share the link to this fundraising page and express interest in needing assistance by emailing me at [email redacted].
3) The last date to contribute to the first round of this is March 31st and payout will happen via Venmo on April 1st to get it in everyone’s hands when bill come due.
