Colleen Donnelly Pay Her Bills After Hurricane

Hi, my name is Matt Donnelly, and I'm raising money for my sister Colleen. Colleen lives in Cape Coral, right where the hurricane struck down in Florida. Her house will need to be wholly rebuilt inside, her car is dead after being submerged in water, she has extra living expenses now, and it will likely take MONTHS for insurance to kick in.
