Coldtoober to support Mental Health locally.

Donation protected
Hi all. I suffer from mild mental health problems. Shame free. :) I know, some of you will be Saying “I knew he was mad for years”. Haha. Our little family has decided to try a do a little bit for Mental Health Locally by swimming every day through the 31 days of October in aid of Local Mental Health Charities. I'll do every day at least once, and Yvonne and the girls have committed to doing 31 days between them, as I don't want to be arrested for child/wife neglect during storms :)
As some of you may know, I have suffered from mild mental health issues for the last 5 or 6 years and have been on medication since then. Thankfully I'm one of the lucky ones, as I'm on the mildest dose and generally in good control of my anxiety most days. :) This is just a little way of giving something back. I have no shame in it at all and in fact I'm very proud of my friends and family who face far harder mental health challenges than me.
In fact swimming is a great place to start for some mental health reasons. So give what you can, and I promise to make it go as far as it can locally.
