I'm Jade and I am Climbing Mount Toubkal- Toubkal, is a mountain in southwestern Morocco, located in the Toubkal National Park. At 4,167 m, it is the highest peak in Morocco, the Atlas Mountains, North Africa and the Arab world.

I am challenging myself to do this in May in memory of my big Brother Ricky, who at only 35 devastatingly took his own life. The funds raised will be donated to ‘Primal Instincts’ which is a men’s mental health group (Gov registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC)- This group was founded by Ricky himself along with his brothers Lee and Chris, in the months before his passing. The Primals continue to pave the way for Men's Mental heath, breaking stigmas, raising awareness, providing support and creating a safe space for men to be the best versions of themselves.

Ricky was as a Father of two, Son, Brother, Partner, Nephew and an Uncle who was loved beyond measure and is deeply missed. Although nothing in this world can bring him back, continuing a legacy he started and helping other Men in their times of need, possibly preventing further suicides will mean his death wasn't in vain- just for reference 74% of all suicides are male.

I will continue my fundraising into June until I meet or surpass my target- as June is Men's mental Health Month it seemed fitting to present this donation during this time.
