Clarkson Lodge Residents

Donation protected
The Residents of the Clarkson Lodge are being evicted as of April 30th 2022, which is an extension from the original date of March 14th 2022. Which actually only gave us 21 days to vacate the premises.

Upon getting local help from a nonprofit Law Group, we was able to find out, that the terms of the eviction notice was completely illegal. This new information prompted the New Owner(s) to grant an extension, and now they are offering incentives to those who move out, before April 30th. The incentives are, if you move out by March 31st you will get $500, which is promised by the landlord, if you move out by April 15th, you will get $250.

Now looking at the Denver Housing Market, the prices of just a studio apartment, I mean even with those incentives,  nobody will be able to afford a new place to live, that is complete insanity, they are virtually still going to leave thirtysomething people homeless with nowhere to go, this is why I'm calling on our community to please help us, to please give us somewhere, some hope, of where to go, anything helps at this point...
