The City Rescue Mission, Inc. (CRM) is a non-profit organization located in Fayetteville, NC.
The sole purpose of the CRM is to alleviate hunger, homelessness and to assist the needs of the homeless and less fortunate in our community.
Mr. Daniel Brown had a vision to help the homeless and needy in the community. In 1974, the City Rescue Mission was established. We started out serving peanut butter sandwiches.
We now provide the community:
Hot lunch meal (M,Th,F,SA,) 11-12noon
Dinner Meal Tu & We 4:30 -5:30 p.m.
Clothes Closet - Saturdays
(10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
DMV Referrals Mondays
(1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
Mail Checks Mon-Sat
(1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
Food Boxes with referrals
Wednesday
(1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
In 2014, we served close to 20,000 people and provided almost 300 families with foodboxes.
We are presently seeking funding to continue to provide our community and surrounding areas with hot meals and provide families with nutritious foodboxes (containing breakfast, lunch and dinner).
