Hola mi nombre es Rafael Alejandro Osuna tengo 29 años y padezco insuficiencia renal crónica y problemas de paratiroides

ase 7 años que estoy en tratamiento de hemodiálisis con 3 sesiones por semana actualmente estoy en protocolo de transplante renal cadavérico ya que no tengo ningún familiar que sea compatible para poder donarme.

En diciembre del 2023 estuve intentando por una infección en el catéter el cual se me detectó un poco avanzado y estuve internado 15 días con medicamento para infección al aserme estudios me detectaron también nivel alto en la hormona paratiroides el cual debido al nivel que tengo no eh podido llevar a cabo mi transplante renal ya que en mi ciudad el hospital no está apto para poder aser una cirugía de paratiroides ya que tampoco cuenta con el médico endocrinólogo especialista en la enfermedad.

Pido de tu apoyo para poder llevar a cabo mi cirugía de paratiroides y poder seguir con mi proceso de transplante renal ya que soy papá de una niña de 6 años y y quisiera poder seguir disfrutando como asta hoy lo eh echo pero sin cansarme jugar con ella sin fatigarme y disfrutar de mi familia y cumplir sueños y metas que tengo Yose que si se puede y lograré salir adelante con el apoyo de ustedes les pido que cualquier donación sea de corazón y si no solo compartan para que llegue a más gente y poder llegar a lo que se necesita para llevar acabo la cirugía de todo corazón se los agradezco

Hello, my name is Rafael Alejandro Osuna, I am 29 years old and I suffer from chronic kidney failure and parathyroid problems.

I have been undergoing hemodialysis treatment for 7 years with 3 sessions per week. I am currently in the cadaveric kidney transplant protocol since I do not have any family members who are compatible to donate to me.

In December 2023 I was treated for an infection in the catheter which was detected a little advanced and I was hospitalized for 15 days with medication for infection when I got it. Studies also detected a high level of parathyroid hormone which due to the level I have I have not been able to carry out my kidney transplant since in my city the hospital is not capable of performing parathyroid surgery since it does not have an endocrinologist who specializes in the disease.
