Media Maven Christina "Chrissy Love" Thompson is once again fighting against oppression and corruption by SOME members of the Judiciary, Legislative and Executive in The Bahamas.
HERE'S MY STORY...
On Tuesday August 29, 2017 I was accosted while broadcasting by two police officers with a "verbal summons" to appear in court for contempt on Thursday, August 31, 2017. I questioned this verbal summons, but my queries were not answered and I expressed my concern over this abuse of power by a sitting judge. I was informed by the two officers that if I did not accept this verbal summons, I would be arrested. On September 20th, a warrant of arrest was filed with notices sent to every port in THE BAHAMAS.
I have officially submitted a report on said judge for abusing her authority and power... violating the Constitutional rights of a private citizen. I have also filed a Constitutional Motion regarding the incident, as well as complaints to the Chief Justice and The Bar Association. The first court date sought to remove the judge from the Constitutional Motion proceedings as NO ONE can be the complainant and the judge IN ANY CASE.
After leaving court on Nov 15, the judge set December 13 at 1pm to deliver her ruling on being the "judge, jury and executioner" for this CONSTITUTIONAL MATTER!
Thanks for your help to fight this injustice, pay the resulting legal fees and show the ELITE, POWERFUL AND GREEDY that abusing citizens using the branches of the GOVERNMENT OF THE BAHAMAS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
