Chris Keller's Cancer Treatment Benefit
Spende geschützt
As a family of 5, Chris (dad) and Brenda (mom), Logan, Zachary and Wyatt; the Keller family is busy and active like many other families. With jobs, school and running their small event planning business, life is pretty hectic! It all came to a halt with Chris' cancer diagnosis.
Chris has had issues with his testicle since May 2020. On Sept 29th he showed Brenda his neck and his lymph nodes were huge. They went to the ER and did blood work, CT scan, ultrasound and were sent, Urologist who did surgery on September 30th. He has testicular cancer. The urologist removed the testicle and Chris ended up staying overnight because of problems with the anesthesia. October 2nd was the first appointment with the oncologist. He is optimistic but since this is a very rare cancer and it has spread he referred Chris to two specialists at Mayo before treatment begins.
Chris met with the specialists virtually and begins his chemo treatment on October 19th in Bismarck. He will have 3 rounds of chemo and then go to Mayo for surgery to remove nodes from his stomach and lungs.
Needless to say, Chris won't be able to work at his job during this time. His work doesn't include paid time off when he isn't able to work. The funds raised will help the family pay for their monthly living expenses as well as at least one trip to Mayo in Rochester, MN for surgery.
Thank you for your consideration to donate to this deserving family!
