Children’s Educational Charity Volunteering Ghana

Hi my name is Grace, coming from Middlesbrough the opportunities to help disadvantaged children don’t really happen in my area. I want to go and support young children in Ghana who have limited to no opportunity of education or enrichment. I am also gathering hygienic and educational equipment to allow for their continued development after my volunteering work is complete. I am hoping to fly the flag for Middlesbrough and show that though we may not be the richest town our people are caring and generous and want to make the world a better place in even the smallest way. When there I will be teaching children who don’t have access to education and in lunch times and evening time I will be teaching street children the sport and football skills that Middlesbrough FC foundation has taught me, to hopefully give an element of enjoyment and play in these disadvantaged children’s lives. I am looking forward to also working with the mothers of these children in supporting hygiene and development practices. Any donation regardless how small will make a big difference in these children’s lives.
