Children of Adam - Snowdonia Hike

Donation protected
In aid of the great work of Children of Adam I, along with a group of friends, will be climbing Mount Snowdon on the 8th September.

Every Sunday for over six years; come rain, sunshine, snow, Christmas, New Years and Bank Holidays, the team have been there supporting this amazing community initiatives. Volunteers get together once a week to distribute food, drink and clothes to homeless people and people living in difficult circumstances in London. CoA meet every Sunday at 6pm at Lincoln’s Inn Field (and you are always welcome to join us!) where we hand out any items to around 170 homeless people every week.

In order to help us fundraise for the year to come, a group of volunteers and CoA supporters have decided to walk Mount Snowdon. Mount Snowdon stands 3,560 feet high. The summit has 200 inches(508 cm) of rain per year, and can reach temperatures of 30 centigrade in high summer, and plummet to minus 20 centigrade in the winter. Add to this winds of up to 150 mph and the temperatures can feel more like minus 50.

Children of Adam (CoA) is an initiative close to my heart and something, many of you already know, I am very passionate about so I would appreciate all your support. By contributing, even a little, you'll be doing your part to fulfil the maxim that charity starts at home.
