Served in Army for 16 years. Denied IVF treatment by the Department of Veterans Affairs because Mister Right hasn’t found me yet & made it official. I have waited for him to arrive and have searched for Mister Right. Now, I am running out of time = eggs.
Always wanted children even as a tomboy girl. I want to experience pregnancy and giving birth. For me, the experience is just more than a want. I need it. To be fully engulf by the cycle of life.
Raising children alone wasn’t how I pictured my life. I have extensive experience in raising children. Yes, the everyday grind with the highlights I’ll never forget. I raised a newborn & 5 yr. old for almost a year.
Funds will be used for 3 full cycles of IVF. If successful on the 1st try or 2nd try, I would like to pay it forward to another female veteran who is missing Mr. Right.
