Charles Relief Fund

In the last 3 weeks, Charles Padmore moved to Houston with his wife and daughter. All ready for the new school year, they never thought they would have got trapped within Hurricane Harvey. Local officials told all of Houston to stay put and not to evacuate. By Sunday morning, the overnight torrential downpour, left Charles and his family in flooded out of their apartment. The rain did not let up for hours and hours. Thankfully a family on the third floor took them in and provided them food and water. By Sunday night, their brand-new car was underwater and left for the scrap yard. By late Monday afternoon, Charles’s family friend was kind enough to fight every road block and closure possible to pick Charles and his family up and drive them to his sister’s house out of the flood zone. Thankfully most of their belongings were still on the moving truck from Wisconsin but they lost everything that was in the apartment including their brand-new furniture. 

Charles and his family are in good spirits but have lost so much. 

We are looking to help him and his family out in anyway possible. Please help our dear friend and colleague in such a difficult and trying time.
