change car plates

I am raising money to transfer my plates and license as I had made a move to Florida for Family Reasons  and while driving here it drained my account.. and I need my car for transportation here but I need to get my plates and license which now I am short funds I only ask for the cost of them both and no more so please any little bit counts thank you and God Bless
