CHALLENGING THE REAL ESTATE FRAUD IN HAWAI'I
has provoked warrants for our arrests, as we call out the corruption
within the State of Hawai'i, and County of Maui regarding the illegal land processes in which Hawaiian families are displaced.
Real Estate Companies are working to label and depict us as robbers, and trespassers, while they continue to rob countless Hawaiian 'Ohana who hold kuleana, and lineage to original Land Commission Awardees, which the County of Maui/State of Hawai'i acknowledge as interest to the land yet continue to ignore these descendants.
This Bail Fund is established to support the bail fee's in regards to the take back of lands on the island of Maui, defending the 'Ohana, heirs, successors, and kuleana tenants of these lands.
