Help Nicholas and his team get to Cooperstown, NY!
Hello Friends and Family,
Nicholas has been invited to go to Cooperstown to play with his new baseball team! This is a once-in-a-lifetime amazing opportunity for him! You can only experience playing here when you are 12 years old. For those of you who don't know, Cooperstown is the legendary home of baseball. He loves baseball and is excited about the chance to go to Cooperstown, New York to play in their weeklong tournament and also visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
But … this is where your awesome support for Nicholas comes in --- by contributing to his fundraiser! The team is in the home stretch of fundraising with less than a month before we hit the field and play our 1st game. This is a costly trip with the total cost for just the team to go is over $25,000, which includes travel and living expenses and tournament fees for the coaches and players. It's incredible how many expenses there are for such an event. Nicholas and his team will be living together for the week in dormitories at the Dreams Park field.
The invitation to play in Cooperstown is exciting news! He will be competing against very competitive 12 year old teams from all over the country. He will be playing in the tournament the week of August 16-22. Again, it's an opportunity that will only come once in a lifetime at 12 years old and never again. That's right, never again!! So dear friends & family, if you are able and would like to donate any amount to help Nicholas and his teammates have this fascinating Cooperstown experience, he would be forever grateful!
All the money raised will be used to pay tournament fees, room and board, uniforms, and coaches fees. Help him meet his fundraising goal of $2,000. Any amount helps. AND EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS!!!
