CFE Team Battle Cancer

We live in uncertain times with the pandemic that surrounds us but there is one illness that has haunted us for much longer than Covid and that is the other ‘C’ word - Cancer.

Most, if not all of us, have had a family member or friend or know someone that has been impacted by this illness in whatever form it presents itself.

Four of us from Crossfit Enniskillen, Lou McMaster, Charley Greene, Jason Hogg and Myself,  are entering a team to enter the Battle Cancer competition. Yes there is the fitness element to entering a team but the main goal is to raise money for the cause. To do this Jason & Myself  (and half by Lou & Charley) will be doing 12hrs of workouts on Thursday 15th, starting at 8am - one workout every hr.
