It is with the heaviest of hearts that I am here sharing this devastating news, and asking for your prayers. On Saturday March 11, 2017, my sister Alicia Ortiz, and her sons Austin and Isaiah, had their world turned upside down due to the passing of our cherished family member Cesar Ortiz. It was an unexpected loss and together with all of our family and friends we are coming together to offer support. Funeral arrangements will be posted soon.
