Yesterday we lost our beloved Jaclyn to a tragic car accident in West Brookfield. She was with one of her dear friends, Lena Noonan, and her boyfriend, Christian Congelos. 
Jaclyn was a sweet, smart and beautiful soul. She was silly and loved to laugh and smile. She had a heart of gold and she would have done anything for anyone.
At 14 years old, Jaclyn was inducted into the National Honor Society just last year. She was on Student Council, Track and Cross Country. She had an incredible amount of potential, but unfortunately her journey was cut short and she was called to Heaven.
Please help us lay Jaclyn to rest and celebrate her life. We appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers during this time of tragedy, loss and mourning.
