Celebrating the Life of Tim Cox

Our dear friend and mentor, Tim Cox, has passed away. Tim was the primary breadwinner for his family, and their circumstances create the need for this request.  The money will go directly to Melissa Cox Broderick, Tim’s daughter, and she will act as point person for the family.

Tim grew up in Tucson, Arizona, in Yale Estates on the East Side. He attended Palo Verde High School, and went on to graduate Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University. 

Any who knew Tim will tell you, he was of the highest qualities of humanity, no hyperbole. He was a humble, talented, gentle and kind soul.  He affected those around him with a positive light and a willingness to give and share of himself. 

Please give thought to helping his family to any extent which you can.

Update from Tim’s family-

On February 14, 2018 we lost our dad very unexpectedly. Dad was amazing. He is the funniest and sweetest person we know. In hard times we could always count on him to make us laugh. We so badly need that now.

Our mom is devastated. She has lost her best friend. There are no words to express how difficult this is for her. The last few days have been the worst in our lives and we are trying to figure out how best to support each other and our mom.

Our dad was the primary income in the home. He supported our mom and youngest brother. They have no savings and no life insurance. We are trying to keep mom in her home as long as she chooses. We are grateful to all of you for your generosity in this most difficult time.

We are currently working on plans for a Celebration of Life and will let you know those details as soon as we can.
