Celebrating the life of Marcus J. Reed
Spende geschützt
Goodbyes hurt the most, when the story was not finished...
Marcus Jevonte Reed affectionately known by all who loved him as "Hammer" passed away unexpectedly leaving those of us who basked in the warmth of his glow, out in the cold.
Hammer was the teammate and friend that kept folks engaged in his charismatic personality, coupled with a bit of trash talk and laugh out loud antics. The apple of his doting mother's eye, chances are if you knew Debbie you knew of or were privileged to meet Hammer. Raised in Columbus he was known for his love of the game of football, his Tennessee roots ensured he never met a stranger and those values also made him a cherished son, brother, team player and friend.
There are no words to express the loss of a child. As unprepared as we are to look to a future without Hammer's winning smile and engaging demeanor we are also not prepared for the load of laying him to rest. We welcome any denomination to ease the financial burden at this difficult time. It is not how much you give but how much love you put into giving. Thank you in advance for your prayers, calls, texts and words of comfort, they have not gone unnoticed
