Celebrating 5 Years of HOPE

Want to join me in making a difference? We are raising money to benefit Hospice Outreach Programs of Elgin, and any donation will help make an impact.  We are a charitable organization which has served more than 313 individuals in the last 5 years, for no fee.  That includes clients starting at 4 years old, to some more than 80 years of age.  We are not government funded, and rely on community support to offer these ongoing services.  Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us!

- All it takes is 10 people to donate $5, then they each ask 10 to donate $5, and so on! 
- Every donation over $10, you may receive a Children's Grief Awareness rubber bracelets.   
- Every donation over $20, you may receive a charitable tax receipt for income tax purposes.
- Every donation over $50, you may receive a "Grieve" lapel pin, for yourself, or someone struggling.
