Celebrate 25 years- Send Zac and Mistie to Italy in 2026

As we approach this 4th of July, Zac and I will celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary, which means we will hit the amazing 25th Silver Anniversary next year. Our wish is to go to Italy along the Amalfi Coast. Now, the way Zac and I are, we can’t just do something like this for ourselves. We will say, well, we want the kids to go, or well, we could go here instead; it's cheaper. We have not been on a trip like this, just Zac and I, our entire marriage. We have traveled many places with our kids but never just us. We will have so much to celebrate in 2026 as Shyla will graduate from OU in the spring and then our Silver Anniversary. We will make 101 excuses not to do this for ourselves. So, if this trip is gifted to us, then we have no excuse not to go. I have already booked an unbelievably perfect Airbnb; we just need help to get there. I kept even talking myself out of doing this. Like, should I set up a GoFundMe? Is it appropriate? After speaking to many friends and family, I was convinced. People ask for honeymoon help. So, I am asking to help send us on our 2nd honeymoon to bring in our Silver Anniversary on July 4th, 2026. If you know us, you know we never do anything for ourselves. We are all about family vacations and being together with our kids and experiencing new places together.
