CR Halloween Parade Golf Carts STOLEN

The 2019 Cedar Rapids 3rd Annual Halloween parade was a huge success. The purpose of this weekend’s events is solely to raise money for The Mission of Hope and to bring the city together for an amazing event.  We are honored to have such a supportive community. We’ve been pleased to hold all the weekend events for the families and children free of cost for everyone for the past three years. We are more than happy to create a positive impact for all parties involved. Due to an unfortunate event this year, the theft of all 4 of our rental golf carts which were later found in the Cedar River.  Created a $20,000 loss. This is an expensive and crucial part of our event. This adversely effects the Halloween Parade and budgeting going forward. I never thought in a million years that I would entertain a “Go Fund Me” page, but this $20,000 loss is critical blow to the parade going forward.
