CCM Neighbors Appeal Variance for Development
Donation protected
A developer is trying to build a three-story 72-unit affordable housing complex (dubbed Manor Hills) at the NW corner of Country Club Rd West and 36th Ave NW in Country Club Manor.
Neighbors have filed an appeal to the approved variance to increase the impervious surface allowed at 25% to over 60%, increasing the risk of dangerous flooding to the area's homes and streets and lost our appeal at this time. However they have met with an attorney and, at this time, are seeking additional financial support for representation, legal fees and costs to fight this proposed development.
There are many state laws that are being ignored, which should not be ignored.
