Catherine's Cause

Catherine Gervasio Hubenko was a wife, mother, sister and friend to so many of us. Throughout her battle with cancer, she remained positive and determined to survive, for the love of her husband, Chris, daughter, Cadence, for her family, and her friends. Unfortunately, this morning we lost that spirit here in the physical world. However, that spirit is not lost in us, for we are all better for having known her.

I see the memories being shared, photos being posted, and the comments pouring in, in loving memory of the times we've all spent with Catherine. Every picture, every smile, every endearing and thoughtful comment are gentle reminders of how fortunate we are, that we had the honor and pleasure to make these memories with her.

Her strength, courage, selflessness, kindness, and compassion are all traits that we should strive for in ourselves. This fundraiser is dedicated to the continued support of her remaining family during this difficult time. May we continue to support and love them, in honor of Catherine's spirit.
