Catherine Matthews’ Medical and Funeral Expenses

Hi my name is Mimi Longe and I am raising money for my dear friend, Michaela Matthews, who is the only child of Catherine Matthews. On July 14th, Catherine suddenly was taken to the hospital by paramedics. We later were told that she was suffering from a brain aneurysm. She was put in a medically induced coma for a week out of hopes that things would get better but doctors unfortunately decided that there was nothing more they could do. Catherine was a single mother and adopted Michaela from Siberia when she was a baby. Michaela was still living at home before this occurred. In the wake of this tragic loss of such a wonderful life, Michaela now has many new obstacles in front of her. A lot of these obstacles are financial and she could really use your support. I am hoping to raise funds to go towards her mom’s medical bills, afterlife care, and funeral expenses, as well as house and car payments. A visitation will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM followed by a memorial mass at 11:00AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1405 Sibley Memorial Hwy, Mendota Heights, MN 55150.
