Catherine and Michael's 5k Run

Hi there, Me and Michael are going to run a 5k on his 8th birthday weekend on October 16th. Running a 5k might not seem a major feat given what my body has been through this past 2 years I will see it as a proud challenge to complete.

We are running it to raise funds for the Glen Emmets Oskars fundraiser. Being involved with coaching these last few years in the Glen Emmets has proven to be such a vital outlet for me both physically and mentally. These past 2 years have thrown cancer, covid and pneumonia in my path but having something to target like being present for my kids on the sideline/training has helped me massively so I'd love to be able to show some appreciation back. If you could spare anything at all it would be greatly appreciated!
