Save Our Home

2017 hasn't been any easy year for us. I had to let my car go and now we are continuously working on saving our home. Right now we are barely living paycheck to paycheck, With various debts it became difficult to keep up with the mortgage. I was working with the original lender and thought I would have everything worked out for a remodification for the payments I fell behind on, possibly even lowering them.  Unfortunately they sold the loan off to another mortgage company and actually raised our monthly payments by $200+/mo. Thank you to those that donated as we were able to start the Trial Period of the remodification. Now we need to come up with the past due amounts to avoid losing the remodification and our home to foreclosure. I don't like asking for help as most of you may know, but with only 1 income currently we stand to lose our home at anytime. For those that aren't aware we had an issue with the daycare we brought our son to. This resulted in me asking my wife if she would be willing to stay home with our son since we not only couldn't find another daycare in a short period of time before she went back to work but also couldn't afford daycare especially after he got sick in the 2 hours he was there for. I took a promotion that thought it would be able to take care of us until our son was at a better age to go back into daycare. I underestimated, as with medical insurance coming out of each check and the other bills, diapers, food, medical expenses and IRS payments we are making. I was just unable to keep up we are still struggling until I can find a 2nd job or Myra is able to go back to work. This would help keep the mortgage going so that way we can keep our home as well as give us a window to take care of our son, all the expenses we have and still have a home. SO now here I am, me asking for help.  This isn't something I am proud of doing but I have no choice. Anything helps  If you can't donate I totally understand as this is my fault as I thought I could handle it on my own. Thank you! Casper aka Jason
