Carpets for Tudor's new flat

Tudor, the man with the Ten Gallon Hat who sells the Big Issue outside the bakery on the Gloucester Road , has recently moved into his own flat in Horfield. He's been through a period of really bad health. To get his flat nice and cosy, for the winter, by re carpeting throughout would be amazing!
