So much!

When we heard the news of Carmel Rita's breast cancer, you might have listened to our collective gasp.

Or maybe it was just your own.

Again, the same family, the same time? Ed's in one hospital, while Carmel's in another having surgery!

Are you kidding?

 

So just as they taught us, we turned to prayer - immediately. Lit a candle, said a Hail Mary, and started a rosary. All the while wondered what else we could do to lighten the load...for a day, a week, or a moment.

 

That's when we remembered their prayer garden, perfect. Let's start there. Maybe you'd like to help too?

 

With this simple gift fund, we hope to raise money to get gardening support to prep their garden this spring, plant it with beauty, and tend it until they can do it themselves.

 

We also felt the desire to help offset some of their rising medical expenses, especially some at-home nursing care for the next six months while they recover. Please join us in any way, including sending cards of comfort to Ed and Carmel Rita.
