Carl Komorowski's post-surgery recovery

Hi, My name is Ruth Lohmann, and I am fundraising for my Dad, Carl Komorowski. My dad needs a triple bypass open heart surgery. Three primary arteries are 90% blocked, with the possibility of many smaller arteries also being blocked. The surgeon will know better once they are in surgery. As many of you can imagine, this is very scary for all of us. Thankfully, his health insurance covers the cost of this surgery. It does not cover the four months he will be out of work due to the surgery. My dad is 75 years old and has worked hard his entire life. Even though he has worked hard, he has never been able to save money for an emergency like this one. He has lived paycheck to paycheck all his life. This surgery will force him to slow down, rest, and not work. As you can imagine, this will not be easy for him physically, emotionally, and financially. Please consider helping my dad out financially during this time of recovery. The surgery is scheduled for September 8th. The surgery itself will take 4 1/2 hours to perform. He will need to stay in the hospital until September 13th. Once he is released from the hospital, he will need to give himself the proper amount of time to heal.
