Carissa's Artistic, Mental Health Book

I have written a book 'A Girl with a Mexican Hat, One Shoe, and a Boogie Board.' It is my aim to have the book published and launched in October 2022, during Queensland Mental Health Week.

The book is an unconventional memoir and educational/self-help resource focusing on mental health, creativity (visual art), recovery, wellbeing, and personal development.

This Arts Health coffee table style book shares my reflective art practice (digital, collage, mixed media, acrylic, abstract, intuitive expressionism), typography, digital art, and design. 

The donations made to date have covered the development and editing of the manuscript costs. I am open to seeking support for the printing aspect.
