Caring for Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is a 10 year old little princess who has been diagnosed with Smith Magenis Syndrome and epilepsy.    SMS is a deletion of the 17th chromosome.   This can effect all organ systems.  Kaitlyn requires 100 percent assist 24/7.   The seizures started 2 years ago and have progressively gotten worse.  Kaitlyn is a strong little warrior and Has a smile through it all. 
The family has exhausted all options available to them to acquire adaptive equipment and home modifications required to properly care for Kaitlyn.  All funds raised will be used to purchase adaptive equipment and make the proper modifications for Kaitlyn to ensure Her safety, comfort and quality of life.
