Cardiff to London for Food For Life

Food For Life is a South Wales based charity that seeks to ensure that no one goes hungry or is malnourished. Since the spring COVID-19  lockdown, FFL has been distributing free wholesome hot meals to the vulnerable and frontline workers. The meals are delivered to people’s homes by an army of volunteers. Ansha has been supporting this charity and was involved in delivering the meals during the spring/ summer lockdown to the needy in their homes. Ansha is now striving to raise funds for the charity to help them keep up with the growing demand, especially in the ongoing second wave during winter.

Ansha would be running (and sometimes walking) virtually (on treadmill) a distance from her home in Cardiff to Trafalgar square (146 miles, 233 KM), starting 1st Dec so as to reach the destination by the new year eve! Ansha would be sharing regular progress and treadmill pictures during the run.
