Cancer flipped my world upside-down

Hi Family friends and Gods army I was diagnosed with Cancer like a year and a half ago I kept it quiet for a year til I finally opened up ,when my job found out they quickly took me off the schedule making my life impossible, I ask please why you doing this to me why your not giving hours only 20 hours to now nothing ,their reason was am a old not reliable car so they go for the new always reliable car compare and contrast I was flabbergasted but accept it. I take care of two of my kids one is 12 and the other is 4 I've been to the urologist 10 times oncologist 9 times had en MRI / 2 catscan//4 blood test /BONE MARROW test /BIOPSY/my body is burnt out am weak and  tired my medical visit surgery is all over 15,000.00 dollars I am embarrassed to ask for help but in order to get my house back to normal am forced to run for help everyone that knows me knows that am a hard working individual who is dedicated to his familymy daughter is suffering for me seeing me in this condition plus knowing that our gas will be shut off soon , and running low on food with Two kids at home is breaking me down completely to the point that I'm making this post to ask for help , is really hard for me to do , I'm desperate to care for my family the other day my car oil pan got a big hole cause I ran into a pot hole had to tow it now I can't get to my surgeon to take the catheter off am still in so mush pain I can't play with my 4 year old who tries to jump on me like b4 he don't understand that I got Cancer and my first operation he calls me a punk start crying when I get in pain and tell him I can't play with him

 am hurt  I tried to explain but he's Autistic am use to playing with him all the time but lately all I could do is lay on my bed in pain while in surgery I got two cardiacarest they had to bring me back I got seven holes in my stomach and one big slice on my lower belly almost like a c section
