Hi, my name is Peter, and I'm the founder of Substantiv. The past few years have been a trial and very painful to say the least.

As of late November 2025 I have now also suffered a type-2 heart attack due to anemia caused by internal bleeding (an occult bleeding), caused by a colorectal cancer tumor (adenocarcinoma). For this I'm having surgery to remove part of the large intestine on the right upper side. The conclusion is that most of my suffering, and secondary issues, have been caused by this tumor.

Changing this path won't be possible alone.

So far this has been successful but extremely time consuming, painful, and completely exhausting. I need help to ease this financial burden due to loss of income, inpatient care, traveling costs, costs for special diet, and rehabilitation.
