Canadian Women Against Antisemitism

The Canadian Women Against Antisemitism (CWAA) organization, an organization born to combat the rise in antisemitism in Canada, needs your support.

On Sunday, March 24th, 2024, at 1 PM, CWAA will be hosting a rally in Toronto (location to be disclosed to those registered). This event, coinciding with International Women’s Month, aims to unite Canadian women in the fight against the rising tide of antisemitism in our country. As the largest Jewish community in Canada, Toronto has unfortunately become a hotspot for antisemitic incidents, ranging from assaults and bullying to vandalism and hate speech.

In response to these troubling trends, CWAA was formed by a group of Jewish women determined to confront and combat antisemitism head-on. Our rally

will provide a platform for all women, of all race, religions and backgrounds, to voice their outrage against these ongoing crimes. We believe that by coming together and speaking out against antisemitism, we can effect real change and make a difference in our communities.

Organizing such an event requires resources, which is why we are reaching out to individuals and organizations like yours for donations. Your contribution will help cover the costs associated with venue rental, security, promotion, and other logistical expenses, ensuring that our message reaches as many people as possible and will directly contribute to our efforts to combat antisemitism and promote tolerance and understanding in our society. No amount is too small, and every contribution is greatly appreciated.

We are proud to announce that distinguished guests, including Melissa Lantsman MP, and special envoy Deborah Lyons will be speaking at the rally, further underscoring the importance and urgency of our cause.
