For our story.

I am a separated single mom. I am currently working from home for the summer and I have my own cottage food business as well (not doing so well with the price of the ingredients going up every week). I noticed back in March of this year that I had a sizable hole in my roof, so I did what any homeowner would do. I call and make a claim with my homeowner insurance. I also contacted as many roof contractors as I could. I thought I had picked a good one and went with it. I had all the necessary appointments, ect. But as the days turned into weeks which turned into months of constant reaching out to both with no avail, I have come to the conclusion that they are not coming to fix my hole and I am to just deal with it. The hole is big enough that is has also done damage to my bathroom as well. Again I reached out to my insurance and was told there is nothing that can be done. I have been with this company for the duration of me owning my home and have never gotten this response from them. I have gone to all the local agencies here in my town for help as well. They are unable to do so until mid fall. I can't not wait that long for this to get fix. That is why I have this last chance to come to the internet and ask for help. This is soo out of my comfort zone, but to be honest I really do not have any where else to turn. To fix the full roof and the damage in the bathroom is going to cost 20k. I want to make our house a better place to live again. We've been through a lot and we are trying to stay afloat, but this challenge has swallowed us whole with no way out. If any help can be given that would be soo helpful and very appreciated.
