Callan's Top Surgery

Callan is my best friend in the world. He has such a kind loving soul and truly cares about other people. He binds his chest 12+ hours a day, and I see the toll it takes on him. He is constantly in physical pain from the binding, and feels extremely dysphoric about his chest. He has trouble breathing at times and I'm beginning to worry about his health. Lately I've noticed that his dysphoria has worsened, and he's pretty depressed. He gets sad anytime he looks in the mirror, and often gets changed in complete darkness so he won't have to look at his chest. His insurance provider will not cover the costs of top surgery which can typically range anywhere from $3,500-$9,000 depending on the procedure. I want to see him smiling again and feeling confident. I want to help him get the affirmation he deserves. I can't think of anything else that he needs more desperately, or that would make him happier. Anything you can spare for this cause would be so greatly appreciated. Everyone deserves to feel at home in their own bodies. Thank you!!!
